Split Level to Modern Farmhouse in NW Denver 2019-2020



In May of 2019 we purchased the above split level 1970 house in NW Denver with the intention to turn it into a modern farm house (like the below image as our inspiration).  This blog shows the progress from the initial process of buying to breaking ground to (hopefully) completion in fall of 2020!
